Go to the "Extras" menu , then press R2 to bring up the cheat screen.

Unlock Zack's "The One" outfit:
Complete Home Run Derby mini-game with a "C" or better rank
then go to the "Extras" menu, to select Zack's "The One" outfit.

Unlock Zack's "Secret Service" outfit:
Complete Slice N' Dice mini-game with a "C" or better rank
then go to the "Extras" menu, to select Zack's "Secret Service" outfit.

Unlock Carrie's "Construction Worker" outfit:
Complete Construction Destruction mini-game with a "C" or better rank
then go to the "Extras" menu, to select Carrie's "Construction Worker" outfit.

Unlock Andy's "Surfer Dude" outfit:
Complete Jack Attack mini-game with a "C" or better rank
then go to the "Extras" menu, to select Andy's "Surfer Dude" outfit.

Unlock Andy's "Samurai" outfit:
Complete Dodgeball mini-game with a "C" or better rank
then go to the "Extras" menu, to select Andy's "Samurai" outfit.

Unlock Andy's "Astronaut" outfit:
Complete Hill Defense mini-game with a "C" or better rank
then go to the "Extras" menu, to select Andy's "Astronaut" outfit.
