Earned by performing 150 headshots.

Crocodile emblem:
Achieve at least 400 kills.

Cow emblem:
Earned by activating more than 100 alerts.

Chicken emblem:

Centipede emblem:

Earned by using the Scanning Plug S or Syringe on 50 enemies.

Bear emblem:
Earned by choke 100 enemies to death.

Assassin emblem:
Massacre at least 50 enemies by using your knife, and achieve more than 50
CQC holds, and get discovered less than 25 times.

Ant emblem:
Shake 50 enemies for items.

Big Boss emblem:
Play on Boss Extreme difficulty level, but don't use continues, don't get
any alerts, don't kill any enemies, don't kill any Bosses, don't use the
stealth suit or bandanna special items (can possess, but not activate),
and complete the game less than 5 hours.

Fox Hound emblem:
Play the game on the Big Boss Hard or higher difficulty level, but activate no
more than 3 alerts, don't kill enemies, don't kill Bosses, don't use any
continues, don't use any life recovery items, don't use the stealth suit
or bandanna special items (can possess, but not activate), and complete the
game less than 5 hours and 30 minutes.

Fox emblem:
Play the game on the Naked Normal or higher difficulty level, but activate no
more than 5 alerts, don't kill enemies, don't kill Bosses, don't use any

Hound emblem:

Solar Gun:
Have the 5 statues (4 Battle Beauties + Frog Soldier/Haven Troopers)
with non-lethal means on their respective idols.

Patriot Future Assault Weapon (w/ unlimited ammo):
Finish the game and achieve "Big Boss" rank.


Costumes:

South American militia disguise: Go to South American cove valley village
Middle East militia disguise: Go to Middle East militia safe house.
Corpse Camo: Have at least 41 continues or more in a single playthrough.
Civilian clothes: Start the Eastern Europe level.
Business Suit: Finish the game.
Altair's Rags (Assassin's Creed): Earn the Assassin's emblem.

Metal Gear Solid optical camo (completely invisiblity):
Finish the game without getting any alert phase

Stealth Item:
Finish a single player game, but don't activate any alert.

Unlock Scanning Plug S:
Stay logged over 10 hours in online game play on the same profile as
your single player game. You can buy it buy from Debrin.

Mantis and Sorrow Dolls:
Defeat Screaming Mantis.

Digital Camera:
Found in the Nomad vehicle during the mission intermission.
Wait until Act 4 to get the camera, and it will contain bonus photos, too.

Bandanna:
Finish a single player game, but don't kill enemies, don't kill Bosses.
